"The restaurant has a dining room and outdoor seating (see photos). Service was very friendly and efficient. The special of the day what grilled whole fish (sea bream) for €25. It was well prepared but unfortunately, it was not descled so one could not eat its skin. The Sicilian salad was surprisingly small and consisted of tomatoes, some olives, and capers. Their bread basket offer in-house baked rolls, which are truly amazing! The washrooms are sparkling clean, well stocked, and smell great. If not for the rolls and washrooms, my rating would have been lower..."

"A true Sicilian seafood experience at Mandralisca Sedici We had an excellent lunch at Mandralisca Sedici in Cefalù. You notice the quality from the first plate. I ordered spaghetti with clams. The pasta was cooked al dente. The clams were fresh and full of flavor. The sauce was light, with olive oil, garlic and parsley. Every bite tasted clean and authentic. We also tried ravioli with ragù and a delicate cream sauce, finished with crunchy bits and a touch of berry reduction on the plate. The flavors were balanced and well combined. The calamari al forno with breadcrumbs was a highlight. The crust was golden and crisp. The inside stayed tender and juicy. It came with fresh lemon and a well prepared sauce that completed the dish. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and panna cotta. The tiramisu had a clear coffee taste and a creamy texture. The panna cotta was smooth and well balanced in sweetness. We also tried a local Bibita Tonica. It was fresh, slightly bitter and very refreshing. It paired well with the seafood and added a local touch to the experience. Service was attentive and friendly. The team made us feel welcome from start to finish. The central location in Cefalù makes it an easy stop when you explore the town. If you are in Cefalù and you enjoy fresh seafood, good pasta and classic Italian desserts, Mandralisca Sedici is a place you should try. I would gladly return."

"I had pasta with vongole and it was absolutely delicious — my friends loved their dishes as well. The real surprise, though, was the tiramisu: easily the best I’ve ever had, homemade by the restaurant and simply outstanding. Great atmosphere, very attentive service, and overall a fantastic dining experience. I’d definitely call this the best restaurant in Cefalù. Highly recommended!"

We kicked things off with an outstanding octopus salad and a generous portion of beef carpaccio, both packed with flavor. The mains? Ravioli with pork, creamy risotto with scampi, and perfectly done spaghetti vongole—all delivering above-average deliciousness. Prices are a bit higher, but if you’re into great food, it’s worth it.
